With the
acquisition of another closet manufacturing firm we have renewed our
commitment to the market and have invested in substantial improvement in
product options, pricing and marketing.
Zach has been managing the Plus Closets wholesale division for the past several years, improving the process and productivity which has resulted in a significant increase in volume and customer satisfaction. In addition to his role in Plus, Zach has continued to head up the retail Builders Division. With the up-tick in the builder market, Zach is going to focus on that and will no longer be the "go to" guy for Plus Closets.
Since we started Plus Closets in 2002, we have quoted pricing as a discount off of OUR MSRP. Drawings now will give you your NET COST including a freight estimate and the estimated man hours to install.
Two additional support positions have been added. Customer Service is headed by Marge Rich who will be your "go to" for any service issues or scheduling changes. Her direct number is (866) 826-7587 and her email is service@closets.com. Marge is a big part of our team and committed to making you a RAVING FAN.
Mike Lara is our Quality Assurance and Logistics Coordinator. Our commitment is to deliver every project on time and complete. Although every manufacturing station is a quality control point, Mike reviews every project before it can be packed. He knows our process well and can correct any issues before you get them. He is developing a more streamlined shipping process and implementing a new logistics company to improve efficiency and reduce costs. ...read more

Liegel who will work with Zach on revisions for projects already in the
system. Mary has 22 years in closet & storage solution design and
will be working with you to assure the best and most economical design
options. We will be using our new Cabinet Vision 6.0 design program so
your proposals will look a little different and you will notice some
lower pricing as well. The NEW
