Sales Support

Installation Scheduler - Chatsworth, CA

The main function of this position is to schedule installation appointments, service calls and handle customer service challenges for our interior glass door products and customers.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients to efficiently schedule installation appointments.
  • Schedule appointments for field installers to minimize drive time and/or distance as needed, and suggest alternative routes when appropriate.
  • Experience handling emails and inbound/outbound calls.
  • Prioritize and organize daily follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work to obtain a swift conclusion for all customer concerns from start to finish.
  • Follow up and provide status information to customers regarding orders and shipments, as requested.
  • Interact well with internal departments and know which departments to go to for various questions.
  • Process/review orders with accuracy and make changes to existing orders.
  • Explain products and services and perform basic product research upon request.
  • Evaluate customer concerns and resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Provide fees and product availability, upon request.
  • Route special orders through appropriate departments for approval.
  • Assist in delivery process, monitor assigned ship dates, coordinate/schedule installations, and communicate any delays with customers.
  • Assist in any other areas of the company as requested by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer phone service background
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 2-4 years scheduling experience; preferably in Installation and/or Customer Service
  • Proficient use of mapping applications such as Google Maps
  • Strong MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of construction measurements in factions and decimals, a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, be organized, efficient, accurate, and accountable
  • Strong work ethic and capacity to handle high work volume in a teamwork environment

Order Processor - Chatsworth, CA

The Order Processor is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting sales orders, sales reports and reconciling various other reports related to order processing and installations.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze quotes and measurements provided by Sales and Technicians for accuracy
  • Deliver complete, informative and accurate estimates as requested by the Commercial and Residential sales teams
  • Provide continuous support to the order processor team, Commercial and Residential sales divisions
  • Ability to read blue prints, estimates and the like and see the entire picture and process to ensure it is seamless from start to finish
  • Ability to use Blue Beam,  isqft or Sketchup to perform accurate takeoffs
  • Evaluate onsite conditions via photos and measurement sheets for common anomalies to advise sales team members and clients appropriately and accurately
  • Be able to identify opportunities and submit alternative options to optimize and streamline the customer experience
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify project scope and job details to ensure proper delivery of quoted project
  • Submit quotes, orders and specs by appropriate company deadlines
  • Review quotes, estimates, and measure forms requests thoroughly and ask follow-up questions to clarify scope of project
  • Master product specifications and applications, quoting, order processing, installation process and related field issues
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years successful estimating experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of space planning, drawings, blue prints and terminology a plus
  • Microsoft proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Blue Beam, and CRM a plus
  • Solid math and measurement skills, including fractions and decimals
  • Strong customer service, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

This position is responsible for closing all potential leads that are driven into the showroom through various avenues in addition to generating leads for yourself by networking and prospecting.

  • Assist walk-in customers
  • Answer phones, manage voicemail, return customer calls and assist with questions

Design Sales Consultant - Chicago, IL

Close all potential leads that are driven into the showroom through various avenues in addition to generating leads for yourself by networking and prospecting in the Architecture and Design communities.

We are looking to grow our teams with people who share our energy for sales, and customer service. Our Design Consultant will help run the day to day operations of the showroom. The Design Consultant position offers qualified candidates the ability to advance their selling skills and professional career.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers (when necessary)
  • Retail/ Showroom sales and customer service (when needed)
  • Use the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Make outbound calls
